Changing Story, Changing Self
Believe in yourself.
You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to be the best, or the greatest.
All you have to do is believe.
We are all creators. We create our reality based on what we have in the blueprint of our sub-conscious mind. All suffering is the result of the wrong blueprint.
Change you, change the world.
Review the stories that influence how you live and guide your life…and the roles you play in your relationships, your love, your life, at work and with your family and friends. For who do you play out your stories? Do the stories work or do they lead you into pain? Can you change your stories to move you toward greater happiness and balance? Change you, change the world.
What works? What doesn’t work? What are the highlights? What do these highlights say about you?
Every story has a spirit and we cannot escape its influence. When we discover the spirits of our stories, that is, the voices that repeat the stories to us as if they were true, we are then able to dialogue with these messages to consider how we can change them.
Is it our basic nature to be disconnected and discontented, or are we fundamentally whole and healthy? Let us employ the power of our personal narratives towards self-healing in an atmosphere of play, fun and curiosity, in order to help us facilitate our personal explorations into our ‘yoga of stories’.
The only permanent state in life is change. You can sit back and let your future unfold or you can shape your future.
Build change into your plans and the future will change into your plans.
