TRADITIONAL AYURVEDIC RELAXATION MASSAGE COURSE
HANDS ON TRAINING
6,7,8 September 2024
The best treatments in rejuvenation and detox
Derived from an ancient Indian tradition, Ayurvedic treatments are designed to help loosen toxins in the body and release excesses. They are deeply cleansing and purifying for the mind, body and spirit. The goal in all the treatments is to restore balance and re-establish calmness and harmony. The treatments have a rhythm and flow that encompass the entire body.
Ayurvedic massage is unique and has a point of difference from any other style of massage.
This treatment enhances the ability of nutrients to reach starved cells and also removes stagnant waste. The desired result is a heightened state of awareness that will direct the internal healing system of the body.
Ayurveda tailors each and every treatment to suit the individual. You can enhance your client’s treatment by using easy to follow techniques according to the ancient principles and philosophy of Ayurveda.
Further enhancement can be achieved through the use of herbalised oils, which target individual imbalances. An Ayurvedically prepared herbal-oil application (abhyanga) nourishes the skin, aids in removing impurities, stimulates both arterial and lymphatic circulation and relaxes the mind and body, promoting overall healing.
The spa industry is in constant search of such talents which can take the industry to newer heights. If you are looking to start a spa/massage business or to develop your existing business, or are a massage therapist who would like to add another string to your bow, this course is for you.
You will be able to introduce something new and unique to your existing clientele and cater to an international standard, with Ayurveda, India’s health care system that has stood the test of time for over 5000 years.
