The retreats are intended for further exploration and deepening on your inner journey with the support of an ongoing small group, for intimacy and depth. They take place in a beautiful, non-commercial and peaceful setting in the mountains of Beechmont. There are no crowds, industrial noise, air or water pollution. The place is peaceful. You can be one with Mother Nature. The atmosphere is warm and open. The goal of a spiritual path is to be free, relaxed, light hearted and playful.

Visually seductive and immersed in the majesty of nature, from sea to summit, the panoramic view surrounds you with the sights and sounds that transform, enrich and inspire. Be truly awed by the powerful effect that nature's classroom provides. These retreats marry intentional rest and down time, nourishment and peace, wisdom talks, community, contemplation on change and action, with deep restful yoga stretching, nature walks, delicious food, optional massages and more. Everyone is welcome. Join us for an unforgettable experience. 

Packages range from 2 days up to 2 weeks. You can mix and match for an extended stay. Each program
includes accommodation, delicious meals, program activities, stress busters in the form of easy, gentle yoga, breathing, meditation, stress and pain management, deep relaxation, lifestyle talks and full use of facilities. Ayurvedic consultations, detox medicines and treatments are optional extras. You can add these to your retreat.
 
Retreat dates and availability must be confirmed by payment. If you have made your payment on line, you will be contacted by email or phone, regarding confirmation of your booking. Please await confirmation before you make your travel and other arrangements in case the retreat is booked out or rescheduled.

Partial books do not receive early bird discounts. Special offers cannot be combined with other discounts or barter. Thee are no refunds for unused parts of the retreat, nor for meals.

Please note detox retreats are a cleanse, not a fast.
 
September detox retreats have a visiting scholar and doctor, Dr. Manish Patwardhan or his associate conducting the ayurvedic health lectures, consultations and supervising treatments. Annual passes, early bird discount and all other offers are blocked from this retreat. We are also unable to hold places for you by verbal assurances. Please book and pay in full to ensure your place for this retreat.
 
Courses, events and themes are developed, based on industry needs of the health sector. They are great for industry currency and professional development and a statement of attendance is provided after each retreat that can be included in your Continued Professional Development record.
 
Please note: 
- Nirvana is a retreat nor a resort nor boot camp.
- Designated Meditation retreats have upwards of 70% silent retreat practice.
- All meals, program and accommodation (as per your selection) are included in the fee. There is no refund for unused portion of the retreat. Special dietary requirements will incur an additional fee. Please request quote.
- For optional detox retreats add $100 a day or $500 for 7 days (exceptions apply to September detox where all detox medicines are inclusive). 
- Treatments and consultations are optional extras and need to be pre-booked and pre-paid.
- Retreats must be confirmed by payment.
