Express Yourself through the Chakras is an experiential class, where you will learn to connect with your senses, sensibilities, your body, mind, heart and voice. Our group theatre and voice activities will ultimately give you the confidence to speak in any professional, personal or community forum. You will also learn something about yourself.

Inspired by the magic and mysticism of the seven chakras, this course invites you to touch your own humanity and communicate with others while having fun.
