Hiking Yoga: Shanti Yoga Gold Coast Walks
Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.
The Shanti community (sangha) invites you to Hiking yoga, a social and healthy 'walk and talk' which takes advantage of the natural green space in urban areas to engage in a social outdoor experience.
This will be a wonderful way to enjoy the beautiful outdoors, local parks, broadwater and more, whilst chatting to like-minded people. All welcome. Families, children, pets.
Wear your walking shoes, bring water, a sunhat and sunscreen. Being a yoga community, our activities are vegetarian, and alcohol and drug free.
Shanti Yoga Gold Coast Walk and Talk
Walk leaves every Sunday at 4pm, with our volunteer, Margo (head gardiner, Nirvana Wellness Sanctuary) as our leader, who shepherds us from The Shanti Yoga Centre, Scarborough Street, Southport, weather permitting (please confirm).
